Fifth grade is an exciting year at Saint Justin Martyr Parish School! There are many things to look forward to such as moving to an upstairs classroom, being able to participate in the sports program, and going to Astrocamp.

Students will review and study nouns, verbs, types of sentences, adverbs, adjectives, and pronouns. They will also write paragraphs, essays, poetry, and daily journal entries.

Each week students will read a story and do assignments and activities related to the story. Students will also read the novel Tuck Everlasting and complete assignments and projects to support the story.
