Physical Education at St. Justin Martyr Parish School

Through participation in physical education, students learn to eastablish goals and develop the perseverance needed to pursue excellence.  In addition, they learn to perceive and appreciate similarities and differences among individuals and to cooperate amd compete fairly.  These skills are necessary for all students if they are to compete successfully in a changing job market, understand the many diverse cultures that make up our society, and develop the citizenship essential to success in our democratic process.

I can think of no better place to teach students these basic skills than in the physical education class.  Students naturally are interested in physical activity.
