Mrs. Bertiz has been a first grade teacher for forty years. She is a graduate of Visitation School in Los Angeles, St. Bernard High School, Playa Del Rey, and the University of California, Los Angeles. Additionally, Mrs. Bertiz holds a lifetime California Teaching Credential. Since l985, she has been at St. Justin Martyr. As well as teaching young children, Mrs. Bertiz enjoys baseball, art, and gardening.
