Born and raised in Orange County, California, Mrs. Riggins was educated at California State University at Fullerton, where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology. After graduating, she worked in a corporate setting in sales and marketing. She decided to return to school because she wanted to make the difference in the life of a child- academically, socially, and spiritually. She received her Masters of Arts Degree in Elementary Education from National University. Mrs. Riggins' career in Education has included teaching the following grades: Kindergarten, 1st grade, 2nd grade, 3rd grade, and 4th grade.
